Our Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Section 4: Website Members & Email Subscribers

Members are people who have created an account to sign into restricted pages, which requires the person creating an account to submit an email address and create a password. Charles' Website and C Websites are unable to view passwords submitted for use with an account. Members do not get added to our email subscriber list automatically.

Our email newsletter is sent out through Benchmark Email, and our subscriber list is stored on their secure servers behind a firewall.

Section 5: Data Retrieval & Deletion

Users may contact us at any time using the contact form on our website to request a copy of their data, or to request data deletion. We will verify all requests from users requesting data copies or deletion to better protect our users' privacy. Verification must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours of our request for verification. Requests for a data file and data deletion may take up to five (5) business days to fulfill.

After a user's information is deleted, we will notify the user that their account data has been deleted. If a user who has previously requested data deletion creates a new account or signs up for our newsletter, the account or subscription will be treated as a new user account and data file, as consent is required to create an account or to join our email subscriber list.

Data deletion does not apply to files submitted to us. Please see section 4 of our terms and conditions for more information about file submissions.

This privacy policy may be altered as long as there is a notification on the home page which will be present when the changes go into effect and remain until one (1) week from the change in the terms and conditions.

 

Notifications of changes in the privacy policy will be sent out to subscribers of our email newsletter only if the changes affect the privacy policy. We will not send out a notification for rewordings as long as they do not change the way that this policy protects users, us, or any of our affiliates. Website members will only be notified if they are on the email subscriber list. Notifications of changes will be provided prior to when changes go into effect.
