Section 2: General Terms of Use

 

1) Do not release false statements about us, our affiliates, or our users.

2) Images, documents, and videos featured on our website are the exclusive property of C Websites and the creator. Duplication and/or publication of these materials is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from Charles' Website or the content owner.

 

3) Our website is hosted on Wix's servers.

4) Our newsletters and mailing list are hosted by Benchmark Email.

Section 3: Personal Information

 

1) Charles' Website and C Websites cannot guarantee that your information will be safe and secure through, Wix or Benchmark Email. We cannot be held responsible for any issues with personal information as it is held by Wix and Benchmark Email

2) The personal information of members is held by Wix. C Websites and Charles' Website are only able to view your name and email address. C Websites and Charles' Website are unable to view or change your password. Members will not automatically be added to our mailing list.

Newsletter subscriber's information is with Benchmark Email. You may unsubscribe at any time from our newsletters.

Section 4: File Submission

1) We post up items of our choice. We reserve the right to refuse materials submitted for publication. Images, documents, and videos submitted to Charles' Website become the property of Charles and C Websites. This allows us to use submitted materials how we wish.

To submit materials to Charles' Website, please email them as attachments in an email to cwebsites@outlook.com

The subject line should be "Submission to Charles' Website"

Please copy and paste the following into the body of your email, replacing "your name" with your full name:

I, (Your Name), agree to give the full rights to all of the attached files to Charles' Website, Charles, and C Websites. I understand that any of the previously listed parties may use the attached files however they choose to, and they are also allowed to give, rent, or lease the rights to these files to other people, companies, and organizations. I understand that if these files were not mine to give to any of the previously listed parties, and any of the previously listed parties have a lawsuit filed against them for the use of any of the files that I am providing to the previously listed parties, I will assume full accountability for my actions.

If you don't use the proper subject line and the exact words of the above paragraph (other than the "your name" which you should replace with your full name) we will not publish the submitted files. For security reasons, emails not following this format will be deleted without being opened.

2) Users who send files containing viruses are subject to a fine up to $500.00 which does not include any fees for damages encountered. We will report any users who do not pay the fine and all fees within 10 days to the authorities. Exceptions are on a case by case basis.

3) If you accidentally send us files that are the property of someone else, you are still responsible for any legal actions taken against us for those files. Please notify us as soon as possible if you realize you sent a file that you shouldn't have, so we know not to post it.

4) If you find images, documents, or videos on our website that belong to you, most likely, someone submitted it/them to us for publication without prior permission from you, your company, or your organization. Please contact us about the issue rather than taking legal action against Charles' Website, Charles, or C Websites as we cannot be held responsible for materials submitted by others.

Section 5: Member Policy

1) Charles' Website, Charles, and C Websites reserve the right to block or terminate the account of any member of this website without notification. Your membership will be terminated if you violate any of the terms and conditions of use.

 

Section 6: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

1)These terms may be altered as long as there is a notification on the home page which will be present when the changes go into effect and remain until one (1) week from the change in the terms and conditions.

 

2) Notifications of changes in the terms and conditions may be sent out at the discretion of Charles' Website and C Websites. Notifications of changes are not required.
